Version history

Sync: changes from two devices are now merged field by field. If both sides change different fields of an entry, both changes arrive; if both change the same field, the newer one wins and the other goes into the history. Formatting differences from other apps and access times alone no longer count as changes, so sync no longer stops with “needs a decision”. Updates: progress even without a known file size, errors are shown instead of hanging, and Keeto detects when it runs from a read-only location.
